Default Subscribing to Napster

My trial period is now finished. When I go into subscribe it says fee is £10 per month.I noticed that there are 2 subscription rates, the other is £5 per month. Do I need to pay the higher fee?

Unfortunately yes. The £10 subscription is the only one that allows you to stream to Sonos

I don't think this is the case as I am on the £5 sub which works fine for streaming Napster on my Sonos system.

I too have been on the £5 sub, but Rhaspsody stopped working yesterday and when i go into the 'plan' form on their web page, 'Multi-Room' system use is a £10 sub. I have a query logged, but it looks like the £5 sub is being 'removed'

The £10 subscription for multi-room would be logical. It would match Spotify.

Still working OK for me this morning. Have also logged in and it shows my sub as Napster Unlimited £5 per month.

The £5 plan is still shown here http://www.napster.co.uk/productinfo/ and I suspect that the single room system actually covers a Sonos system as if you stream the same synced stream to a number of rooms it is effectively a single stream that Napster sees. I would think you would need the £10 sub if you wanted to stream different Napster streams to different rooms. Just my take on it of course.

Thats what it says on my account. But for the last 2 days i have the message:-

Unable to play xxxxxxxxx - Unable to connect to Rhapsody.

Although I can browse the Artists/Albums search pages etc without a problem.

http://www.napster.co.uk/sonos is pretty unambiguous:

£10 per month for Napster on your Sonos, computer and mobile
