Default Cannot add Play:3 to existing system

Already Have
2 Play:3's
1 Connect
1 Amp for outdoor amplifier
Looking to add: One Play:3

When I go to add speaker it connects then the spinning thing goes and goes and encounters error. So I connected it to directly to the 'connect' and factory reset and the same thing happens.

c.chris.wood@gmail.com,

Make sure that your router is configured to support enough DHCP clients.

Also, try isolating the PLAY:3 while you factory reset (no network connection) and keep the power OFF for a few minutes, then wire to the network and add the player.
