You most probably have a duplicated IP address. Reboot your whole network, by powering everything down then restarting each device in turn. Start the router first and wait for it to complete its boot before proceeding with the rest.
Done - no difference. What next?

Did you take the whole network down, including the router and any mobile devices?

As requested - yep. I've unplugged everything from the power, restarted (there is only a adsl modem, timecapusule, computer, sonos & mac-mini. iPhone isn't connected.

Loose Napster, it is officially gone (dead), not supported anymore, end of life - end of discussion.
Sorry to be hard on you, but that is the truth.

I know my Spotify a/c details are correct (and yes, it is a premium account). I have reset and updated the desktop controller software as well as the Sonos system itself, as well as power-cycling and flushing the DNS cache of my router. I'm totally stuck with what to do next!
I have exactly the same problem!
Indexing gave errors,
Spotify does not work with my current account anymore,
Removing Index, adding them later, does not help at all, while removing went oaky, adding them is inpossible.

Hope to hear from anybody how to go to the previous version again? (3.4 / 3.5)

Reboot your whole network??;
Are you crazy? That is about 80 till 100 systems! I'm not gonna do that, sorry.

(sorry to say it this way, but your answer is not a normal answer too.)

Default Issue with CR100

Hi
From web:
On the Sonos Controller 100:

Tap the Music button on your Controller 100 and click on System Settings
Select Online Updates and click OK

Problem is that there is no danish language support on cr100, and your support say there will not be, because the cr100 is not sold anymore. Anyways mine is still under warranty an so I feel disappointed that you already will not support it. Kind of "Sell and forget" policy.
I am sure there must me a lot of CR 100 out there - and even when I also have 2 cr200 and Android apps, I would still want my cr100 to work in danish as well.

The Sonos device reboots involved in the upgrade process can expose problems with duplicated IPs if a router has been power-cycled and lost its lease info.

For those with small domestic routers the simplest solution is to take the network down and restart, beginning with the router. This is standard advice. Lease expiry/renewal should eventually remove IP duplicates anyway, but a network restart can get users back in business quickly.

If you have 80 to 100 stations then presumably you have a sophisticated approach to IP address management.

Still, doesn't help - I've got an expensive brick now, which I need fixing.

Why you guys release firmware that causes these issues I don't get.

I've submitted diagnostics, just incase anyone can help: 1978081

So there's no misunderstanding, moderators are users just like you. We help keep the forum tidy. Sonos employees have "- Sonos" in their usernames.

Sonos staff monitor these forums so may pick this up. However you would be advised to record this on a support request.
