I have the same problem, updated my Sonos system to 3.6. The Android app now tells me to update the Sonos system. When I opt to update the system from the app it tells me to update the Sonos app itself.

So I reinstalled the Sonos app on my android phone, but it still tells me to update Sonos.... and the whole thing loops again??

They haven't seemed to have updated the android application on Market to 3.6 yet, although the description says it supports player from v 3.6.

Maybe they missed it, or just haven't had the time yet. I don't know when they released 3.6, I read about it this morning but haven't yet updated because I'm at work.

However, I did have the same problem when they relase 3.5.2 and my phone was still running 3.5. So as soon as you can update your phone software, that will probably go away.

Question

Any Idea when the Android app will be updated to 3.6. Without the app my Sonos system is almost useless as controlling from the PC is rather inconvenient.

I'm also having the same issue, both mine and my wife's android phones can no longer use are Sonos system after the player updated to 3.6.

Any indication as to when the update to 3.6 for the android app would be great.

Or if its possible to downgrade back to 3.5.2 on our player until the update for the android app is released

Thanks

Thumbs down

I have the same issue as you guys, I tried reinstall but that does't help at all.
Also tried with the Andronos app but it also fails to find the Sonos player.

Please Sonos! Upgrade the Android sofware ASAP!
