Error updating Sonos software - rupdatestus = 32

I haven't used this sonos for a while and was trying to update the software, and it failed multiple times.

The software starts to download but then (about 3/4 the way through) fails with this error:

Internal error
RUpdateStatus = 32

I have tried rebooting it and trying again but no dice.

I googled and searched the forums and nothing. Any ideas on what the problem is?
