Access to SDK and technical information

Hi,

I just got my first SONOS!
I am interested in getting my hands in the SDK and technical documentation. Is this possible for a private person like me?

I am mostly interested in C/C++ APIs to control the SONOS system so that I can look into developing a client under linux and other command line based apps I have in mind.

The SONOS Music API is primarily for integrating music services. The API doesn't contain any way of controlling SONOS Music Systems.

Your best bet is to go look in the "The Unsupported Area" part of the forum. There are a load of people who have put together ways of controlling their SONOS Systems via UPnP.

There are also a number projects that are on GitHub I believe which are Java/Python/C based.
