Hello,
Please be aware that there is currently an issue for customers with Verizon FiOS in the Northeast US area (New York / New England). If you are a user of Verizon FiOS, you may experience problems browsing, starting playback of music, or audio dropouts during playback. This may affect the Rhapsody, MOG, and Songza services. We are working with these partners to get the issue corrected as quickly as possible. Thanks, John
