Getting Sonos to see Napster updates

I was going nuts trying to get the Desktop Controller to see the updates I was making using the Napster application. After searching the forums and online help, I submitted a support request, and MalcomC had some good information:

Sonos polls Napster every 30 seconds to see if changes have been made to your Napster library through the Napster client. However, changes you make to your library in the Napster thick client will not be pushed unless one of two conditions are met:
- Sign out of the Napster client. This pushes your changes and they will show up within 30 seconds on your Sonos equipment.
- Add 20 or more items to your Napster library. Napster will push changes after every 20 additions.

Thanks Malcom/Sonos for the info which I couldn't find on Napster's help, either.
