181.FM wont connect

Hi all, I have been enjoying the HELL out of my new Sonos system until recently it no longer connects to one of my favourite radio stations 181.FM. I tried connecting on my Android handset using the TuneIn app and no problems whatsoever. Please help me fix this I use this station as an alarm!!!

I don't patronize 181.FM but just for you, I checked 8 random streams offered on my desktop controller and connected to each without issue. I know it can be frustrating as I have random issues with Radio Paradise but as with everything else - Time heals all wounds.

Well to anyone else stumbling across this thread I got home tonight and tried again. Worked first time. The only thing that changed was I turned all the speakers and the bridge off at the powerpoint and back on again.

Hope this helps someone else too.

Give an example of a 181.FM station which fails. There are several dozen. A random test on the Fusion Jazz station from the UK worked fine.

181 FM works perfectly for me. I predominately listen to Buzz and Rock. Rarely, if ever, get a drop out.

181.FM Super 70s doesn't work since about the time of the OP.

I noticed last week that 202FM seems to have the same "stations" as 181FM and in fact if I listen to it, 202 has the 181 trailers between tracks.
Don't know if the OP is still intererested?

Well I wasn't interested until recently I was having major issues maintaining a connection. I went searching for a new station after cursing out 181 fm as I'd fallen in love with their stream... only to find as previously stated 202 seems to simulcast everything. So what gives there?

I maintain a flawless connection to any other station just not 181. Why God why?!?!?!?! Why torment me like this?!?!?!?
