Default Only one stereo channel plays with Sonos Connect


I have a Sonos Connect connected to Harmon Kardon amp/speakers. Sounds good...sort of - only one stereo channel is playing - the other speaker is mute. Has anyone had this experience and knows how to fix it.
I have V3.7 of the firmware installed across my components

What sort of connection do you have between the Connect and the HK amp?

Welcome to the forums.

Your Sonos software is not at the latest version. This isn't relevant to your problem, but nevertheless you'd be advised to keep your system up to date.

I suggest you swap the Left and Right RCA cables between the Sonos Connect's Line Out sockets. See if the missing channel changes sides.
