Artwork not showing in iphone app

Some of my artwork is not showing in the sonos iphone app. It shows on the desktop app and adheres to these specs: https://sonos.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/163

It's a 600x600 PNG and 541kb.

Anyone know how to solve this?

In fact it doesn't conform to the requirements, which say

Sonos Controller for iPhone and iPad as well as the Sonos Controller for Android support up to 320KB physical sized album art with no resolution limit

thanks for the (i) thread, (ii) link, (iii) answer -- I now know why some album art is showing on my PC controller and not on my Android's

I was going to post exactly the same question - only the answer hasnt resolved my problem!

My album art is 200x200 and only 5.93KB. It shows up on the laptop software but not the ipad. Any suggestions?

(does it have to be 600x600? - i thought that was just a maximum)

No, as noted in the FAQ there are no stipulations regarding resolution for iPad.

Is the artwork embedded or is it held as a separate "folder.jpg" file? If it's embedded what format is the music file?
