Try power-cycling your Sonos player(s).
ratty,

Spotify and Sonos don't seem to get this problem under control. My ZP90 stops playing Spotify songs once a day on average. It can take hours to restore the server connection (while search continues to function, but no songs can be added to the queue), unless I power-cycle my ZP90, a solution I find unacceptable.

I whole-heatedly agree. Things seem to have deteriorated of late and I can't help thinking there may be a seasonal demand peak (people with new gizmos for Christmas) which the Spotify servers aren't coping with especially well. Sonos has to use a conventional cllient/server model for Spotify.

I confess I've taken to using the regular PC Spotify client at times via Airfoil/Airport Express. (The new Spotify apps are appealing too.) Given the peer-to-peer component of the regular Spotify streaming scheme, things should actually get more robust the greater the number of people are using the system.

Default Cannot update mac controller on one computer

I have several sonos Play 3's in my office. Tried to update the controller on an iMac and I cannot do it. It says it must delete an older version and move it to the trash. It starts to do this, but continues to look for it forever, and never does anything. All other computers are fine. How o I update?

Default Update loop on CR100's and Android

I've been travelling a lot the last while so I hadn't much chance to check this out but it appears that since the last update both my CR100 controllers and my Android phone Sonos App are stuck with the update loop problem:

1) "Select to update system" shows for all 6 ZPs;

2) select update;

3) get "No updates Required";

4) then back to step 1;

System works fine from the PC interface and the Ipad and Itouch apps.

Any suggestions?

Delete the app using Settings->Manage Apps. Then reinstall.
