Default Radio stopped working due to MAC filters

I've used MAC filtering on my router for a long time, and when i got the Sonos system I just added those to the MAC Allow list.
However, today, noen of the radios worked, just refused to come up. Complained about no access to RadioTime, but no stations whatsoever showed up.
I disabled the MAC filtering and everything came back.

But - I haven't changed anything on the router or the system
EXCEPT
I believe there was a Sonos update now, so that the bridge component was updated, and alas - the devices around could not connect to the internet for updating.
Is something changed after last update ?
How do I see the latest version number for the software ?
Where is the release notes for the software updates?

best regards
Terje

Hi, you can see the MAC addresses of your Sonos components and the firmware version under settings- about your Sonos system.

But MAC filtering is completely useless, any high school kid can change a mac address.

If there was a Sonos update you ought know about it, because you'd have needed to start the update. Anyway it wouldn't change any MAC addresses.

If one or more of the Sonos devices is still at an earlier version, the desktop controller will tell you. Disable all MAC filtering (as Avee says, it's a waste of time - instead use WPA2 with a 63-char random key) and check the Desktop Controller. Help|About in the DCR will also show you versions, MAC addresses etc.

Hope that helps.
