Hi,
I have just bought a new Sonos Play 3 - it's connected via an Ethernet to the router (Netgear DGN1000). It was all working fine initially. Now when I try to connect the Sonos system it cannot be found by my computer. I have rebooted and disconnected the Sonos several times. Even though it is connected to the internet router via the Ethernet cable it doesn't seem to be registering. I have also tried re-setting to factory settings and it is still not connecting. Any ideas?? Thanks |

Welcome to the forums.
Whilst one can't rule out a hardware failure, start off by ensuring that you don't have a duplicated IP address spoiling the party. Power everything on your network off and then restart in order: - router - Play:3 - wired computers and other wired devices - WiFi connected devices Wait for each device to reboot fully before moving to the next. What Sonos controller are you using? |

Thanks for your help.
This worked for the first computer that connected back on to the network but the others still have the same problem - is it possible to have multiple computers connected to the Sonos? We are using the desktop controller. |

You can have up to 32 Sonos controllers.
Are the computers for which you have problems wireless? |
