My Recently purchased controller 200 has stopped working. the Ihave reset it no joy
the orange shows briefley then goes out leaving the screen blank |

Welcome to the forums.
It sounds as if your unit could be faulty, but you could try pulling the battery out temporarily and re-inserting it. Replace the controller in the cradle to restart it. If nothing works, then you should make contact with Sonos Support. They're generally very quick with replacement procedures. |
